I have the tri-ax. I didn't notice any noise after the install. Can't say I tried to find it but I always have music playing to so maybe that is what keeps me from hearing it. Either way it cant be bad.

The easiest way to add fluid into these transmissions is to pour it into the top of the trans while the shifter is off of it. By having a reusable gasket between the trans and shifter, you can take the shifter off and put it back on without having to clean off the old gasket and replace it.

Default Should have looked first

Considering I bought the car used maybe I should have looked before asking but who would have thought it. The car already has the Tri-Ax STS in it. I apologize if any of you feel I wasted your time. For me it is a learn as you go process and that is what happened here. I now know of MGW so I learned two things. I already have an STS and I learned about the MGW STS for future reference or application. I really do appreciate all the feedback and never intended to waste anyones time. -Nuts
