Ok. I have a centri blower on my car and I can tell you from experience that as long as you stay in the vacuum which should be under 2,000rpms you should get the same mpg as a stock mustang because I do. Most people once they get it they have L.F.S. (Lead Foot Syndrome) and enjoy the speed but cry at the pump. Now if you're driving aggressively you're going to have a blast but if you drive it easily and shift every 10mph you're going to see that you can get stock gas mileage. You will have to fill it up with 93 octane though. No getting around that. Overall it's fun to have a DD like that because mines is and I can tell you that you get a lot of respect for driving a modded stang. Just get some nice aeroforce gauges and at night when you look at someone at a street light and they look at you and see those gauges glowing in the darkness of your ride you'll feel like the king of the streets. Very fun car to drive but make your decision wisely and weigh out your options.
Completely agree on the gas mileage putting a blower on it want make a huge drop like some ppl make it seem like it will. I averaged 25-27mpg on the highway and between 15-17 in the city depending on how im driving. Its up to your Foot once you put the blower on it has the potential to dring more with the larger injectors and fuel pump but stay out of it and your fuel mileage want change.

Im actually in the process of testing what my fuel mileage is. I waited til the fuel light came on. went and filled it up. 13.8 gallons I believe. (receipt in car)... im going to drive it until i see the light come back on again. Then do my math. Right now Ive been about 110 miles and its a little above a 1/4 tank left. I do all city/backroad driving. none of it has been highway. Ive been in boost a few times. And some of it has been sitting in traffic for a couple minutes or in line at the bank. Will update you with the number shortly to see if it sounds legit. cause I dont have a clue!! lol

I hit 340miles once before the gas light came on took 13.7 to fill it back up and next hit 344 on that same trip it also took 13.7 to fill it back up 344miles/13.7gal= 25.1mpg hwy on the first one 340mi/13.7 gal= 24.8mpg hwy I usually get around 230-240 miles before the light comes on in the city and thats with a little playing around so 230/13.7 =16.7mpg city
maybe in if you live in Cali, but in my state its legal just need to get seasonal tags and here in alaska you can only drive your sports car for about 3 1/2 months cause the long winters

In WI, as long as it meets emissions (in some counties it has to, emmissions isn't regulated in every county), pretty much any engine in any car is acceptable. In fact, quite a few people run their setups around here without any emissions equipment (no cats, no smog pump in the fox bodies, etc.), and haven't had any problems at all.
