UPR Ball Joint spacers?

I just installed a complete K member kit from UPR Products for my 2002 Mustang GT. Ball joint spacers; where do they go?:

They slide over the stud of the balljoint, the reason the kit comes with them is because there foxbody a arms and balljoint and if u dont use the spacer you will run out of thread on the ball joint stud before the nut contacts the spindle.

Originally I installed the kit without the spacers therefore causing the threads to be stripped. What kind of ball joints will fit a UPR control arms?

Standard fox body balljoints I beleive, but contact UPR to confirm. Before torqueing the nut down didn't you notice there was like 1/2 of an inch of missing thread on the stud?
