i do the rears in about 20 minutes now. Just unbolt the control with a jack under it and slowly lower it and the spring will fall out. put the new one in and jack it up til the bolt lines up.

Hello, I am new here and have a 2001 Gt Vert. What all should I buy to lower my car the right way? I want it to sit nice and low but not have rubbing issues. I noticed on American Muscle that some of the comments on Eibach spring kits mention that they don't actually lower the car as much as stated. i do have aftermarket 18" wheels. Thanks, Arthur

If your on a budget then yes your stock shocks and struts will take the punishment. If money is no object then you owe it to yourself to upgrade your struts and shocks!

I'm thinking about doing the same thing with mine. 95k miles. 2000 gt. stock everything but i dont wanna drop the $$$ associated with shocks, struts, bumpsteer kits, and CC plates, you know?

Yeah I hear ya. I'm not rich but I'd rather do it right from the start so it handles well and all. I was hoping someone one here that had done it all had suggestions on what all to buy and brands that are the best.
