Default How to grease control arms/chassis lube??

Hi guys i have aftermarket Roush LCA's and FRPP UCA's. i was told that they need to be greased and inspected/maintained regularly (every other oil change). I had them for about 10k miles now and didn't know i needed to do anything to them.

How do i grease them or the bushing or whatever needs to be greased? and what kind of grease should i use? thanks

Grab yourself a grease gun and a tube of red bearing grease. Attach the gun to the zerk on the control arm pivot point. Pump until you just see movement from the existing grease on the bushings. Done.

You can also use white lithium grease for a quick fix, but the correct way to do it is with a grease gun.

Grease guns are cheap too so don't sweat it.
