Default Electric Super Charger?

Sorry, I did a search and came up with nothing. I think I know why...lol.

Thoughts on this? Reason I ask is our son thinks he needs one for his Mustang. Kind of reminds me of the tornado insert or whatever the heck they were. 80hp seems like a serious stretch to me. I'm very skeptical.

+1, the whole time I read the description, I read it in the power thirst voice

Op, that thing is junk. Your son would be happier with 4.10 gears or a good exhaust. Don't buy a CAI either, the car comes with one. I was 16 a few years ago too... I remember thinking a Cold-Air Intake would add 25hp lol

Just like the Torando intake, you will more than likely lose hp from the restriction in the intake. Or the damn fan will break and send little pieces of plastic into your engine.

Exactly! That's why I posted a non biased question on here so that he can read for himself.....since he won't listen to just my opinion.

Thanks for the replies. Mission accomplished.

Not only did you save him from a waste of money and possibly ruining his car, but tons of riducule. When he tells someone his car is supercharged and shows them an intake tube with a fan in it, he'll never hear the end of it.
