Need help adjusting QA1 Coil overs!

I'm a dumbass and I need help on what the top and bottom adjustments do on my QA1 coil overs. I want to have a good setup for the drag strip and I can't figure them out. I am not smarter than my QA1 coil overs.

I would try and call qa1. My guess is one of them is re oind and the other is compression.
