Unhappy Kenne Bell 1.7 rattle at 2200rpm on 99 GT

Hello people I have a 99 GT with a 1.7 Kenne Bell with about 60K on it. My car has been down for a few months and I did a full fluid change to make sure everything would be good to take her out. I noticed this just before I let it sit and figured it to be that it was time for my oil change. It had been almost 8k since I had changed my oil in the blower so it made sense. I changed everything and started it up yesterday and once again at 2200 the rattle was there, is this the "death rattle" that everyone talks about? It is quite strange because if I pass 2200 the rattle go's away. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I will make a video later today after work. It seems to me to be the sc and I have been reading that it could be due to an improper idle. I have also pulled the belt off and checked for slop in the pulley but there is none. It is also strange to me that its only at 2200 and by 2500 or so it go's away.

Just got fun, make sure your water pump hasnt got some slop in it, Ive heard those get loose and intermittently rattle at various RPM's.

Ok sorry guys I hate when work picks up right in the middle of a project. So I checked the oil again and noticed that I was still low by about 3/4 of a quart so I topped it off as well as the blower was a little short and topped it of as well, it seemed to quiet down the rattle but also randomly I noticed driving it down the street that the rattle only come in first and second gear ??? crazy huh And "TOMMY01GT" I did check the watter pump pulley and you may be onto something. Bolts are tight but there is a little play in it so I'm thinking that I will change it just to eliminate that possibility. Any other things that come to mind guys. I will shoot that video tomorrow and post it so you can here what I'm talking about. Thanks
