There's a kid around here with a Mugen Si...cool little car I guess. I'm sure his car is the schitt in his high school parking lot. He seems to drive somewhat like a retard when he sees me on the road. I suppose with some tuning and so on they could be close to 14 second cars, I don't know. I'm sure they perform well, but the owners of these cars need to realize they own a 15 second car, not a 13 second car.

The guys girlfriend works with me, everytime I would talk about my car with my coworker who also has a mustang she would always mention his boyfriends mugen honda as if it was a corvette. We mostly ignore her because we figure she knew nothing about cars but when her boyfriend came to us that night, we just couldnt resist. He was acting all though and stuff so we confronted him. That sad part was that he really thought his car was faster.

I pulled up next to a guy and his GF in some older Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V (sporty one apparently) and he started revving at me and the light turned green and I nailed the gas and he stalled his car. Lulz were had as I pulled away.

most honda's are 16 sec cars, even the S2000 is only a 14 sec car, and that has a 9500rpm 240hp motor
even an NPI 4.6 'vert dogomatic is faster

I've got a better story I saw on another forum I'm on. Dude was at a light and this kid in an integra comes up and starts revving off the rev limiter etc etc, and out of the corner of the guys eye he sees this flash of the headlights from the car behind them (it was a cop giving them a warning and the integra kid was too into himself to see it). The dude takes off normal and the kid in the integra goes ***** to the wall. Cop pulls him over, guy rolls by giving the cop the thumbs up. Best race ever. haha

It's a Honda factory car. They just put some cosmetic Mugen products on the car (wing, body kit, etc)...maybe bigger brakes and a revised exhaust. Either way, it's no faster than your standard Si.
