I vote the Cobra...especially since it's way cheaper right off the bat.

Also, just because it has more horsepower doesnt mean its faster. Dont forget the difference in weight. Just saying. Also, the cobra will be more unique since theres already far fewer then the new 5.0s.

The new 5.0s were recalled. The clutch bolts do not have threadlock on them and work loose from engine vibrations.

I'd say the 2011. First off, its not a run of the mill GT. It is at least a brembo package car, which I personally like. The warranty is not effected as far as I'm concerned, as you can buy pretty much anything you would add performance wise right from the FRPP catalog and still not void your warranty. I mean they offer x pipes, exhaust kits, intakes, superchargers, shifters, everything and its all warranted.

2011 GT gets my vote.

Don't Ford techs have to install those mods to not void the warranty?

2011 gets my vote, but i dislike the color and wheels on the one you posted. Not saying the cobra is a bad. Its really up to you on which one you like. All our opinions dont mean ****, you're the one driving it.

yes ford has to install the parts for it be covered under warranty.

Not suprising at all bc that cobra was quite a bit heavier than the gt of the same year by over 300lbs and looking at the specs on all three the 5.0 is lighter than the cobra wth. http://www.cars.com/go/compare/trimC...,USC10FOC051C0
