Picked up a 99 gt.. Where to start??

Have it professionally detailed & Waxed, tint it, exhaust it, Then wheels, springs & gears. That way nothing looks out of the ordinary and you're moving in the right direction every time you unleash that debit card.

Pulleys, Plenum, and TB will make a difference, but they don't offer the bang for the buck that you'll get out of the shifter, gear, suspension, and tires. Cams have a horrible horsepower per dollar gain.

Even with minimal power producing mods, you'll be MUCH faster than stock if you get the tires, suspension, and gear working well together.
