Question Buying a Mustang

Today I went and looked at a 2004 Ford Mustang GT (4.6L V8)
Alright, well everything is complete stock. Custom radio though.
The body has a few dinks in it. Like few paint fade etc.
Interior seems fine with just a few stains in the seats. Like coffee spills etc.
The car has over 200K plus miles on it so =(
It's Automatic.

What I'm concern is how much is it worth? No way in hell I'm paying more than 10K nonetheless 8K for a GT with 200K Plus miles on it.

This. I would take a good look at everything on the car again before buying. I would check to see what all has been replaced/needs replaced (shock/struts/bushings/oil&lub/brake pads & rotors/etc.)

Id steer clear of that..a 2004 with 200k, thats alot of miles, I have a 96 thats just hit 140k, the 4.6 is a good motor and if well taken care of can last over 200k, but it really is a gamble. Just keep looking..you'll find something MUCH better for 6,000

OP is there a particular reason you narrowed your hunt down to a car with 200k+ miles on it?
