3 Cobra intake with better cams then Mark VI
4 That mileage is kinda high but we know these motor can run if maint correct.then just rebuild it
5 Its a good platform to build in the 4.6 world
6 Crank is forged
7 Last but least its a 4V

I say go for it if you have the funds
yes harness and computer but no accessories he said all my accessories from my npi motor will fit that engine don't know if that true or not.

yeah the mileage is scary just don't want to have to rebuild right when I get it in the car and then it cost me 2 grand or better to get it rebuilt. thats $3600+ for a cobra engine. I could do a PI head swap on my current engine with a set or cams and ported PI heads for much cheaper and make almost the same power as a stock cobra. I know 4v's are expensive to modify

I'm at cross roads

I have to agree with Rep on this one. When I did my swap from a 2v to a 4v I gained a 100rwhp with LT's and a tune. Also depends if you can do the rebuild yourself. If you can do it might as well get forged rods and pistons.
