according to MustangFTW Fiberglass car are cheap
I believe the Superlegga is Carbon Fiber panels making it one of the lightest supercars.
See MustangFTW the use of fiber panels isnt so cheap or cheesy at all is it ?
Heres a good example:The Superlegga a car made from about 50+% fiber
@MustangFTW You still need to learn some facts about car technology of the future.Metal will be a thing of the past sooner or later

audi R8 isnt that great, the v10 one is decent but the v8 just sucks, 0-60 is 4.4, the top end is better but still for a car that costs 114k i expect a 0-60 time of under 4 seconds at least especially since its 4WD. i would rather have a GT-R for 80-90k and be in the 2 second club, or a Ford GT and have the history+performance.
theres a difference between Carbon Fiber and PLASTIC. carbon fiber has a high tensile strength, high flexibility, almost no expansion/contraction in heat and cold, and is very light.
plastic is just light.

Ehhhhhhh seats and interior arent what dictate "supercar" though - performance does. You cant take a Daewoo and put Corbeau seats in it and a fancy interior and go "see! supercar!"
Look at the G's vettes pull stock on the skid pad, look at the weight, look at the powerplant - its a bona fide supercar. There is almost no car that constitutes supercar more than the Corvette. Maybe a GT40/Ford GT? Shelby S1?

Well we pretty much have hot-wheels interiors ourselves.
And I agree, the solution is to not pay $70k for a vette :P .
Regardless, what I said still stands true. I wasnt making any statement towards whether it was worth it or not.

not really. the tan interior looks so much better.

no thats why you spend $17K on a mint C5Z and do an LS2 stroker and still be under $30...

Theres a lot more than color that dictates quality interior. I can disassemble my entire center console and almost both the sides of my interior in ~5-8 minutes with my fingertips and no tools. And its mostly made up a thin cast sheet of plastic, some ****ty glue and a thin layer of low quality leather.
