I couldn't have said it better myself. My mustang has been fine but my old cars have been messed with. Mirrors broke and fender dented right in front of my house. They are mostly dumb asses that are jealous or chicken ****s that wont confront you.

I don't mess with other peoples vehicles just the people if that really was the way to go. Sounds like a bunch of high school bs.

Anyway if you have the money have the new mirrors sanded down and color matched, I think they look way better on 94-04 smoothed and color matched.
