Default About to drop some cash on engine... any advice?

So the time has come for a new engine. My current block is at 191K. I'm having a local mustang shop rebuild my block and port the heads. Eventually I want to be pushing 700 to the wheels so they're building it for that. Some of the main components going in are DSS Racing 4.6 X5 rotating assembly package, Comp Cams XE278AH, SCT Tuner/tuning, full head porting, hone;deck;line bore block, complete balance rotating assembly. The basics. On top of what I already have installed, what numbers should I be expecting and what should I look out for so they don't get over on me. Not saying I don't trust the place, its just a lot of money. Before and after sheets? Get some sort of guarantee? Basically anything a shady shop would take advantage of. Thanks in advance.

If your building it for 700hp, that means your going to have boost. id get some different cams. ask around in your community and see what other car guys say about them, and just talk with the owner/mechanics, i can always tell when i talk with someone whether or not they have a clue on what theyre doing.

Swap the cams out for blower cams or turbo cams. IMHO sit down and think about the future form of F/I that you are going to go with then that will be deciding factor for you cam selection

I wont run any sort of boost for a few years so I decided to go with those cams for now. When it's time to strap it on I'll swap the cams for some blower cams. Also, since I decided to run some decent compression I'll be running some sort of centrifugal.
