Talking Trying to make my 97 sound good while budgeting

hey guys so I got a stock 97 cobra. I don't make alot of money and I'm dying to make my car sound better, look better, and go faster. needs some advice. thanks alot

well depending on how much money you have you could pick up a catback which is around 400+ or mufflers which you could get from 70-150 or so for most. though your not gonna gain much horsepower exhaust is mainly for sound

Yeah mufflers will definitely change the sound. Flowmasters are probably one of the cheapest sets that a lot of people like. If you go on youtube you can look at some videos of other peoples setup

Search Craigslist for used exhaust. When you buy it, make sure it isn't rusted bad or anything.
