Got the job done, wasn't too bad at all to change it under the car. I had it jacked up for an oil change anyway. I used 3 quarts of Amsoil ATF. Shifting is noticeably smoother so far. 2nd gear seems less clunky.
Not a fun job, but it's not like you are doing it multiple times a year.
