no, you shouldn't be too upset. The raxiom headlamps use a mediocre at best projector lens/projector combo, and because of the light output will be marginally better than an oem with hid combo. The problem with those projectors is that they will look brighter just because they focus the light slightly better than oem housings with hid's, but they do not stack up all that well to projector retrofitted headlamps.

I've had a pair of them before my retrofitted headlamps, and they do not compare.

Most wont, it's an uphill battle. I still remember when everyone was up in arms the minute anyone brought up trashing the stock 4 link setup in the sn95's.. You'll get there buddy.

Thanks guys.The only reason i wanted to buy them cause they were $100 and i thought they would look cool. I dont really want to spend a bunch of money on headlights.

Thats not a bad reason, however considering most people drive their cars as much at night as they do in the day time, investing a little in better headlights isn't such a bad idea.
