Default looking to spend some money on performance

so right now i got a 2001 gt with an auto, cai (ending in the fender). h&r lowering springs and a catback for "performance" related mods. i got some snow tires on the back but im getting some pirellis within a week or two. however im wondering what else could i get to speed my car up from say a 30 roll, since im not big on running from a dig. im not looking to drop more then 600 so dont both saying supercharger

Far and away, the most important item you need for grip is tires. Since Pirelli makes a WHOLE bunch of different ones, specifically which of them do you plan to run and what size wheels do you have? (ALL numbers of both tire and wheel, please)

Secondly, some welded in place FLSFC's and LCA's* are next on my list of recommendations.

a tuner and gears, specifically 4.10s for an auto will make a big difference and it fits in your price range

Drag radis gears, and run from digs.

Like said above, 4.10 gears and a tuner. Then start pulling from a dig.

If $600 is the budget, get the gears. No other mod will come close to the improvement you will get from gears. I too would probably go with a 4.10 ratio.

4.10's if you do any more than 30 miles daily on a highway. 4.30's if you dont drive highway often. Then a 100 shot, and decent tires. /thread.

Take it from a guy with an auto. I was told to do this when I first started, tinkered with a few other mods, and wish I had done that setup the first go round.

That is a awefully darn hard compound and an A/S to boot Do you need to run these year round in New Hampshire? I am assuming you get snow up your way, so can you pick up a set of stockers to run these in Winter and tires that suite your described needs for the rest of the year? An All-Season tire is just NOT going to offer much grip in dry, regardless of lateral or off-the-line

Take a look at the Official Suspension Guide and have a list of Jazzer Approved LCA's in there Jackstands, appropriate tools and a jack should be enough to get the job done. The exhaust is in the way of a bolt or two, so might have to lower it down to clear.
