Default ford gt fuel pump question

ok i took a look and couldnt find it, but i bought a gt pump like a year or more ago, and i know when i install it i need to rewire the harness, and change a few things in the tank, and then i cant run below a 1/4 tank ect. But i cant find the install article a had....and i was thinking of doing this soon. Also im pretty sure i can just run this pump with all the factory stuff for now without having to tune, but i figured id check.

I did it and it has been running great ever since. Just make sure you drill big enough holes in the basket. Not only on the side, but also the bottom. As far as the 1/4 tank thing, it is a good idea not to go below that. I have on occassion and the car cuts out if I hit it or take a corner very fast. It comes right back, but I am not sure it is good to do all the time. As far as running it without mods, you should be fine. Just adding more fuel is all.

One other thing. The basket will be very brittle so don't use a drill bit. Use a dremel or something similar to make the holes. Trust me on this.
