I would check and see if u can maybe do a datalog and maybe they can write a tune based on the info from it. That's kind of crap that they can't tune it since you've been told that it can be

Save your money and get a dyno tune. Canned tunes suck...

That's probably what I'm going to have to do now that I can't get the BAMA tuner.

I wasn't going to get a dyno tune because I am not some race car driver, track goer, or whatever, i just daily drive it and was looking for better mileage and I wanted to take advantage of the new engine and get more power out of it. But I really don't need some fancy tune that will get me a quarter of a second better in the 1/4 mile

From American Muscle, I guess they said its because of "heavy modifications" but im not really sure. They just supplied a link of like 8 things that make a car not-tunable. Non if them really applied to my car

Just to follow up, I talked to one of the BAMA tuners over the phone and got it sorted out I hope. The issue was that they thought that the car was converted to COPs and also had the wasted spark system removed and that I needed a tune to get the car running. I explained how the harness I made works and how the car runs as if there wasn't anything different. They're going to send me the tunes and I have to hope that they work because otherwise im going to have to get it dyno tuned

I went with the bama tunes and i was very happy about it. You can defiantly tell the difference in the way the car pulls

Just installed my CAI with BAMA tune and believe me that you will notice the difference. My car is a daily driver (I'm not a racer, ect). The main thing I notice is that it gives your car a stronger pull. You will not be disappointed.

+1 on Bama, they are good tunes, ran them for a while in my other Mustang and never had an issue.
