The ones in the pic above are what they look like when they're deleted. You take the rods and butterflies out then weld the holes shut that the rod went thru.No sensors to worry about. The square holes don't have butterflies in them but the oval ones do.At 3250 rpm the computer opens the butterflies up so all the valves get air.Shouldn't have to do anything to the computer. They get gummed up and stick shut.So you delete them and don't have to worry about cleaning them.

It's not too difficult. They're between the lower intake and cylander heads.I would def buy new gaskets(you'll need five of them)when you take them off to delete or clean them whichever you choose.Just make sure you torque the lower and upper intake in the right sequence using the correct tq setting.

The IMRC will rob you blind when they don't function, deleting them will loose you some torque down low, but it outweighs keeping them. Theres only two companies that you can get the lower gaskets from and thats Felpro and Victor Reinz, before you take it apart I just wanna warn you those gaskets have been on back order since January.

The cat code is because the rear sensor is bad or your cat is becoming cloggedr, the imrc code is because there gummed up, the test code needs to cycle through.
