full tune up.. ideas?

I have some extra money so I would like to work on my stang.. wanna do like a tune up per say..so I was thinking, spark plugs, fuel filter, transmission flush, air filter. Anything else? what do u think?

Plug wires, coolant, brake system and power steering flush, rear axle gear oil...
