Default Cold Air Intake. Any Suggestions.

Basically I want to improve performance on my Mustang 2000 GT . Does anyone have any specific suggestions on what I can do legally to maximize the overall ride. Any suggestions on the best Cold Air Intake I should use?

Dont buy a cold air intake, theyre a waste on 99-04 mustangs. I would buy a handheld tuner if i were you, then get yourself some gears

Your car, is it stick or auto? I'm agreeing with MCxQubed. Gears, tune and exhuast.

if you do anything, remove the screen behind the filter and drop-in k&n. the factory cold air intakes are designed really well and can compete with aftermarket cold air intakes

As everyone else has said, a CAI is really worthless, but most people do purchase them haha. Personally I would buy one for the looks and it makes me feel cool to have an aftermarket one.

I feel like maybe we should have a sticky for CAI, someone should write up somthing and get it stickied.

Stock intake. Not worth the money. I'll probably be taking mine off to sell and put the stocker back on.
