I sure hope the T45 will handle the abuse! It sucks when the trans is the weak point. Oh wait...even stock the trans in these cars is a weak point. Forgot about that. lol Just launch that sucker hard and hope she holds! I can see 1.4x's with this setup definitely! A friend's car with a similar setup with just an upper only cut 1.4's with is 04 cobra, and that was a 4.10/T56/28" tire combo. But he and my best friend had HOURS into setup with that rear suspension running afco adjustable shocks and such. You'll be running a lot more gear because of the 3.38 1st gear out the hole, so I don't see you hitting anything higher than 1.5's when you're all dialed in and launching it hard.
