Well, found a nice Mach 1 that a buddy has for sale. 2004 basically stock with a built rear end. I know it's a 4V, but very tempting. We shall see

Getting a 4v to run 12s would be too easy. You'd had to try for 11s.

Made some more passes in the '12 recently. 12.923@112, 12.928@112 and 12.932@113 all still bone stock on stock tires. Damn this thing is consistent. Humidity was crazy and 60's were just stupid slow. Next will be a set of ET streets. My buddy ran his '11, 6speed MT an ran 13.3's on street tires. With ET streets he was ripping 12.5's.

So, I might be able to pull of some 12'ohs or 12.1's with ET's and some decent air

I'm gonna enjoy watching what results you have. I'm trying to get everything i can out of boltons at the moment. I think without cams it will be very difficult to push lower than 12.5-12.4. I've been hitting 12.70s, when better weather comes i think it can run .60s and ill be tearing the ac out to get a little more. Race seats would be nice. I'd throw on some longtubes but if i end up going turbo that would be quite a waste of cash.

I'm excited to see some build threads. Good luck with the search!
