i have a 2000 mustang gt and i just put a new motor out of a 2002 mustang gt in it.. i got the motor in the car fine and went to start it up... the whole driver side of the engine wont fire.. i figured out that that side of the motor is completely out of timing.. i had it running for a few minutes.. could that have bent my valves???

Yeah, if it's out of time, you bent the valves. There is very little room for error on these motors.
