Default Whirring Noise Possibly from the Throttle

First off let me say I'm new here and fairly new to working on cars in general, so if anything comes across weird that's why. So on to the topic of discussion, I recently bought a '98 GT. I wasn't expecting a show car or anything above and beyond an average nearly 15 year old car. However, from the time I drove away after purchasing it until now, I've noticed this odd whirring sound coming from underneath the passengers side. Whenever I'm in a certain point (usually the beginning) in the throttle it seems to make this noise, and if I let off completely or start to dig into the throttle it seems to go away. This car is in decent working order besides this problem. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Welcome to the forums!

Does it do it only in gear or at idle/neutral as well. Any way you can record it?

Its only when the car is in gear, and usually at relatively low RPMs when I'm starting to press down the throttle. I could try to upload some audio later today.
