i have no power to a/c comp. already jumped high and low psi switches. couldnt find a relay. is there one in a body module? help

It is a component of the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module), located in the passenger side fenderwell--you need to pull the wheel and inner fender liner to get at it. The relays in the CCRM (PCM power, fuel pump, AC compressor, and engine cooling fan) are not replaceable individually.

thanks this has been killing me. is that a junkyard item or should i get new?

You can get a new (rebuilt) one from most FLAPS for $65 or so, here's one from Advance Auto...
