Default Blue/White Headlights Beam on '96 Mustang

I spotted several '96 Mustangs with very nice blue/white headlights beam like the one in European vehicles but have no idea what or where to buy them. Can somebody/anybody recommend a nice set of affordable, not to much $$$, blue light bulbs to replace the OEM bulbs in my 1996 Mustang GT (headlights only)? Will also like to know what intensity should I get in order to avoid damage to the electrical system. I was told by a co-worker that XENON are good light bulbs but need more good advice?
Thanks guys!

Please don't... At least aim them right if you do choose to do that...

I'm getting so sick of people running around either with their highs on all the time or just obnoxious bright blue lights. It doesn't look good, it doesn't provide you any more "usable" light, and oncoming traffic can't see making that **** dangerous.

You should look into retrofitting some projectors if you really want to have the "cool blue lights that all the kids have these days."

Sylvania Silverstars aren't bad, but they die pretty quickly. Other than that, your best bet would be to go the HID route. But like tdcalhoun was saying, if you do it, you really should get proper headlight housings. www.theretrofitsource.com is a good place to check out.

I agree with this statement.
