In my case my 02 sensor was good , just bad wiring from the MIL. Guess I should've asked if the sensor was good or bad. When I was doing Diag. I swapped the rear 02's to make sure the sensor wasn't the problem.

I swapped them too, and i had same reading, then i swapped only the mil's and i had the other side bad now.
I resothered new parts on one of the mil wires and the problem is gone. I drove for 1 hour just now , so happy.
I have the exact part numbers now of how to make one, if anyone needs it shoot me a message.

I'm half way mechanicly inclined, but I was hesitant to build my own MIL at first cause it was a little over my head . Turned out super easy though and pissed me off cause I could've saved 60 bucks.
