I have 1996 GT. It has a factory alarm. I bought it today and see that the alarm is too sensitive. It goes off at random times and espesialy if a Corvette or a Harley drive by. I even closed the garage door and that set it off. I dont want to leave it anywhere and have it screaming for no good reason . What can I do to cool her off a bit?

There should be a sensor box someplace (often under the dash) that has an access hole, though which you can use a screwdriver to adjust the sensitivity. If you cannot find it go by any local auto alarm shop, I am sure they won't charge much just to adjust it...
