You don't run on a "track"... you run on a "strip" Symantics, I know, but pepes like School and The Kitty actually use that little round thingy in front of us for changing position of the front wheels You should try it sometime

Jazzer.... having an uber good time at his pepes expense

Just a suggestion: If you can, I'd go wider up front to offset the width of those rears (265 or 275).

I try to turn that round thing, but the car still goes straight..... I suspect because the front tires may need to be on the road but im not sure.

That is going to be interesting to steer around the twisties. Are you running 8" fronts and 10.5" rears?

well kinda, im having a set of 98 cobra's widen 3 more inches but when they cut the wheel, there will be about an 1/8 removed so about 10.875 wide. at around 500 a set, the fronts will have to wait. by the time the fronts are widened, those 245s will be toast.

I have a hook up on some old BFG R1's for my car but I'm not putting racing tires on a street car. lol I'm going to be waiting until next summer when I can actually track my car to put racing rubber on it. Next summer, gonna get some 18x9's and run 275's on them(Hoosier A6's probably). Tax time should hopefully either get me a cage to road race with or a tubular k member setup. Then finish it up before July. This is the "Hopeful" plan.
