Default Identifying my HVAC problem

So, the blower is humming, soft when the dial is turned to the 2nd level, then harder an harder going to the 3rd and 4th. Is this the blower motor making this noise?

My 2nd problem being, I'm leaking water into my passenger area (Im sure I've posted this before), and I tried shoving a coat hanger in the drainage tube and got no fix, any other idea?

Is your blower pushing any air or is it humming as if it is stuck?

the fan attached to the blower motor is probably damaged or lost the balance clips. Simple as replacing the motor/fan assembly. As far as the water leak, you have to make sure it isnt coolant. Heater cores leak right in the same spot. If its not coolant, then you need to determine if its condensation from the evaporator or an actual water leak.

So, I'll ask because occasionally (especially on very humid days) I have an issue with condensation dripping into the passenger compartment - how is the best way to fix this??

Im about 90% sure it isnt coolant, as I think it would have a distinct odor..which led me to believe it was just water. My grandpa thinks maybe the drainage tube has a hole and it needs to be replaced all together, considering the car is 16 years old. Idk though

put the car in the air and check for a restricted drain tube. its on the passenger side firewall towards the lower part of the body
