You can sand down dull curb rash with some emory paper. Ive done it before and it worked. Maybe try it?

I'd put them on Craigslist for a few hundred bucks. Someone with those ugly 3 spoke 6 cyl wheels on a 94-98 SN95 sixxer will probably snap them up and be thrilled to have them...

I dont really want to try to do a self-repair and risk making the wheels worse.

I suppose if you guys think I could get $200 for the wheels (no tires) that would at least pay for 1/2 for a new set of wheels (approx)

Good luck, not sure why anyone would pay anything for 4 curb rashed up stock wheels but I guess there is a buyer for everything out there.
