Default t/b & plenum spacer

I have a 96 gt auto with 373 gears cold air 10mm plug wires 70mm t/b and plenum no cat and x pipe with magnapacks dumped at axle. I got ahold of a 1/2 in plenum spacer & a 1 in t/b spacer. I was wondering if anybody knows if it will help of hurt my car to put them on? Thanks

It will not help, will not hurt. THe spacer does nothing, I have one. It did tighten my throttle response, because it took some of the slack out of the cable!
