Default 2003 Ford 100th anniversary VS 2004 Mustang 40th anniversary

I narrowed my car search down to two prospects. I need a little help making the decision. Heres the rundown, short and sweet

2003 Mustang (Ford 100th Anniversary Edition)
-------------------------------------------------

Same as GT except for a few decals (Only 700 coups made)
Black Exterior / Two tone brown and tan interior
48,000 Miles
(large scratch on door but doesnt bother me too much, easy to look it over)
One owner, 80 years old at time of sale
Great Car Fax Report

2004 Mustang
-------------------------------------------------

4.6L V8 SOHC 18V
White exterior with black highlight scope
68,000 Miles
Flawless interior/exterior
Includes performance cold air intake and black racing rims
2 Owners
Great Car Fax Report

Both cars are similar in price, the 2004 is a few hundred more. Which would you choose, and why? I was originally going for an all black car but the tan interior is a little disappointing and the white/w black interior is looking very nice. Can make up my mind need some help.

Out of those I would go with the 100th anniversary edition since less were made and it has less miles. Plus the "racing" rims on the white one are most likely the stock bullitts painted black.

However, if I personally was looking at buying one of those I would pick the white one and repaint the hood scoop. I'm **** about my cars and that scratch on the 100th anniversary one would drive me crazy.

I know how u feel about scratches I am the same way haha.

And I personally think the rarity of the 100th is cool, but as stated above the scratch would kill me.

Both seem like good cars just look em over well and go with whatever one u like better, I don't think u can go wrong either way.

And the gts r 16 valve not 18

Go with the one that cost the least to get the way you want it and to be street worthy for the haul you need it for. A 100th anniversary edition Mustang doesn't mean squat as far as being collectable goes.

Thanks. Dealer offer to fix the scratch or take more off the total payment. I opted for the lower price, because they didn't give enough detail about the paint job and Id rather have scratch than a paint job that looks terrible in a few years (had that happen to me before). Got that 18V info from the dealer's website, thanks for the correction.
