Default Slp lm1 or lm2 with o/r x pipe ??

Hi, I just bought a 2002 mustang gt and I'm looking to buy a new exhaust for it. Currently I have flowmasters but I had flows in my 1994 5.0 so now I'm looking for a new and louder exhaust.I've read that slp are good and loud, but I dont now the difference from lm1 and lm2 ?.?. My 2002 stang has bbk long tube heads and bbk off road x pipe so I'm looking for opinions for which slp should I buy. Thanks in advance.

The LM1's are louder than LM2's. I used to run LM1's on my Fox when it had a 306 and they sounded great. I'm finishing up my full exhaust install on my 00 GT today and I went with LM1's again.

with that bbk x pipe, go with the 2's, the 1's will sound WAY too blatty with that x pipe...

if you had an actual x you could run the 1's, it would be loud but not sound annoying

I'm running a catted BBK h pipe with long tubes. I agree with SN95 on it sounding too blatty with the O/R x pipe. I'm happy with the way mine turned out. It's not extremely loud, but you can still hear it. Here is a video of mine, I just finished it up today:
