Pics of my Cobra deck lid
I decided to pull the trigger on a Cobra deck lid since I really did not like the stock unit with the spoiler. I was going to just pull the spoiler off, but went this route instead. This is an OEM Cobra deck lid and spoiler. I also added a front Cobra chin spoiler to finish off the front bumper. I took off the SVT badge and will replace that with a new GT badge.

There is a guy on eBay that sells nothing, but Cobra parts. He has a lot of these along with bumpers and engines.
It will fit, but with some modification. Holes need to be drilled on the front of the GT deck lid along with filling in two holes on top. Plus you would have to get a special wiring harness to use the third brake light since it is LED. For the price of a used spoiler (which don't always have the third brake light) and the work it would take on the stock deck it was easier to just get a whole unit.

I went the bullitt no spoiler route , but the cobra rear spoiler is so sexy. Looks so nice ! "Luke 13" A cobra spoiler will fit on a GT deck lid but the front 2 holes from the old wing have to be filled in . Might as well just get it all at once. I took the cheap route and had a paint guy at work fill in my holes and repaint "twice" and the holes keep showing back up. Such a pain.
