My rebuild would I need more fuel???
I'm currently rebuilding my 04 Gt forged pistons (Manley) I beam rods (Manley) forged crank. Comp 270s ...cylinders bored over 20...stage three clutch...190lph fuel pump...36 pounders....4.10sin the rear... V2 vortech s trim intercooler 2.87 pulley...borla cutbacks...bbk long headers....tri ax shifter... Stock tranny...meth injection coming soon...I also have a polished typhoon intake... My worry is am I gunna run out of fuel...

Im not totally sure, but I'm gonna say yeah. I run an SVT Focus pump and it was close to maxxing out at 350whp, and your gonna be running way more than that. I think the svt focus pump is 205 lph or 225lph i cant remember.
I'm sure Ub or someone else will come in here and give you a good recommendation on what you should be running fuel pump wise. You might need bigger injectors too, but again im not too sure on that.

yea, that single pump and 36# injectors arnt going to cut it. You will need at least 60# injectors and a bigger fuel system. The fuel pump system you use if going to be up to you. Also, throw that typhoon intake in the trash. It will flow less than the factory intake and will heat soak.

Dam I paid 370 for that actually it's pro comp not typhoon..... and this is gonna be my dd I just don't want to start it up and it detonate.....and thanks man for the reply I hope more people give me some advice...

No big deal, I made the same mistake with the t rex pump. A return style regulates the fuel pressure and when it exceeds that number, it sends back the excess to the fuel tank. A returnless monitors the pressure and varies the pump output to keep the pressure at a certain number. It goes a little deeper, just google it if youre curious. Lots of good write ups
