uhhhhhhh no, a NPI car MIGHT dyno 210whp with full bolt ons. a PI car with the same will do around 260-270. Also you were wrong about the intakes, the PI intakes got the metal coolant crossovers starting in mid 2001's, some earlier cars had the plastic. My old 2000 gt had a plastic intake, 145k miles on it and then 3-4 days after I sold it the guy called me about it finally cracking and leaking coolant. It's a somewhat common issue but not something you need to worry about upgrading too right away, i wouldn't upgrade to a metal crossover unit until a plastic one broke.

The car you posted a link to op, I dunno if i'd want it it sounds like he's had to throw a lot of parts at it. deff something you need to go and look at and drive well to make sure its ok, and ask for receipts. anything he doesn't have receipts for assume isn't there. heater cores aren't a common issue on these cars, doesn't mean it doesn't really need one but i'd ask why he thinks that. It can be a pain to pull the dash the first time to get to the heater core also, something to keep in mind.

like any other heater core on a new car its a pita pulling the dash out.

from what ive seen blowers are pretty spendy...what brand would you suggest? i know whipple makes kickass ones for the grand prix but they also cost a pretty penny not sure if they make one for the 4.6 what about turbo? or is that frowned upon on for these cars?
