Default Need Help With Rear Diff Leak

The other day I went to get an exhaust leak fixed and while it was on the lift I saw that the differential was leaking in two places. It's leaking where the axle shaft connects to the diff. It is also leaking on the rear drivers side axle, it's not brake fluid. I'm new to the car stuff and any help would be great.

Here are a couple of picture to give you an idea, what could it be and what do I need to get it fixed? Thanks

I just saw the pumpkin leak... The other is an axle seal, all together parts and labor would probably be about $200-$300 (Estimated)
