For informational purpose if anyone cares. Early model cobra. Brakes ran dual 38mm pistons. Newer model cobras, bullits,' and mach 1s run twin 40mm. 99-04 gt brakes run twin 44.5mm pistons.

^ im confused, wouldnt the 44.5 mm pistons have better stopping power?

The difference in 40mm to 44.5mm would alnost be un noticable, and the gt brakes are heaver and use a slide pin bracket which the cobra does not.
