Getting a 2002 GT let me know what you think.

By the way, you should have written, "Is there anyone in your life WHO thinks as highly of you? You are a legend in your OWN mind."
Picnic is one word. Are you Yogi Bear? If you are, it's pic-a-nic.

you can do a lot of damage to the chassis without touching the body panels. I did it myself back in 1983. Less than $200 at the body shop and almost $4,000 in mechanical repairs and chassis straightening.

To cover a few things for you guys...
I payed 40 dollars for the carfax. Absolutely clean. My dad is a state trooper, he knows some vin checkers people dont have access to. Again came up clean. I cant explain the pictures but when i drove the car the wheel was not far off at all. Just slightly enough to bother me. My brother who is the ford mechanic looked over the engine bay and undercarridge good. Everything was bone dry and super clean considering its never seen rain.
I heard someone say about looking for any signs of body work. Again i looked over body lines and all angles of sun for different paint matching and everything matches. Body lines perfect. For being a black car the paint is in excellent condition.
Alot of you are worried about the price. Im assuming its alot different from the areas you guys are from. The kbb on the car is 10700. Everything i have found on craigslist for this price has 70k miles+++ i have looked everyday for the last 2 months and nothing compares to this one. I found a 05 i really liked i think for somewhere around 11500$.called the guy and had wayy to many miles for my liking. I want a lowish mile car that hasnt been modded because i like to start with a clean slate. Its gonna be a fun play around car till it can be a trade in on a 2003/04 cobra...(waiting for truck to be payed off) SO in the mean time i think i could enjoy this car.

I think KBB does not reflect real world sales of vehicles.

Looks like you have checked it out pretty good. The clean Car Fax would make me less leary of it. With your brother, the Ford mechanic giving it a thumbs up, I'd go for it if the seller would drop down to 9,500 or maybe 10,000. It is a beautiful car with very low miles. If it turns out to have serious steering problems, at least you have a Ford mechanic in the family to help with repairs.
P.S.- Sonic Mustang; If you are going to be the spelling and grammar police, perhaps you should go re-read your embarrasing attacks on Mr. Granatelli in which you made some serious errors in the very posts where you attacked HIS english skills. ... Ya *****.

^ +1.
DRAGUL they do still use NADA, at least in my neck of the woods. I just sold my truck last year, and what came out of the salemans pocket? A little NADA guide.
If they only went by auction prices no one would make any money.

As a used car dealer, I can confirm that we don't use the NADA. Black book is used along with what they are selling for at auction.
