Default 01 GT head has gold coating or shine when valve covers removed

Ok i am gonna take photos when it clears up outside, but my engine started knocking and we started disassemble this week. When we removed the valve covers most of the parts seem to have a gold-ish coating on it. Not on the outside of the head of coarse, but everything inside was. Is this just from sitting for a bit. Or is it aftermarket coated. The car before it started having issues was dyno tuned at 412hp and 398ftlbs of torque. Any info would help. Like i said. I will get pics as soon as possible.

I saw the same when I removed the two viariable timing solenoids, on the plastic part there was this dark goldish deposit.

It seemed to me like the Ford Antiseize product, it's copper based and it's shiny like that (I use it for sparkplugs) but it shouldn't be in big quantities inside the valve head. How mach did you find of it?
