Turbo question

Turbo question
I am new to the sight and had a question. I recently got my hands on a turbo from a 95 f150. I don't know much on turbocharging other than they use the exhaust gas to generate boost. Anyways, is there a way to make this turbo work on my 03 GT? If so how would I go about getting the "plumbing" made for it to work?
Current Mods to the car are CAI with K&N filter, BBK 78mm TB, shorty headers, off road x pipe, and a BAMA tune. I will be getting an intercooler if I can make it work.
BTW, if there is another topic about doing this already I'm sorry I didn't want to go through the hundreds of topics talking about turbos.

What model/size is the turbo? You will need a new exhaust manifold(I believe just one) and route your exhaust to the front. If you can weld or no some one who can weld this wount be to terrable. If the turbo does not have a waste gate the you will need one. You will need. Blow off valve for your charge piping. You will need to run oil feed and return lines. If the turbo is water cooled you will need to run those lines as well. I would look around the forum for turbo builds and look at what all they did to install one.

gthog88,
Making a custom turbo kit for your Mustang isn't the easiest task, but certainly can be done. Although, if you're not a skilled welder and have never done engine overhauls, you may want a shop to make you a turbo kit. I only say this because it's easy to get over your head for a project like this without some help.
Good luck with the project!

After looking into what it would cost to buy everything else I needed to make it work I am going to spend the same amount of money just to buy a kit built for my car. So I am just going to wait until I can afford the kit itself.
