1999 Mustang GT Front End conversion
I have a 1999 Mustang GT convertible and I love the way the rear end is designed. However, the front end sheet metal leaves a lot to be desired. My question is simple, how difficult would it be to change out the front end sheet metal and install a 2005 to 2008 front end sheet metal. From my perspective, the sheet metal might need some work but if anyone has done this type of work or knows of someone who does this kind of work I would be very interested in contacting them. My goal is to have a 2005-8 GT front end to include the fenders, front facia and grille with hood mated to my 1999 Mustang Gt. This is to replace all of the front end but leave the rest of the car in stock condition. I am open to suggestions or listen to someone who has done this kind of work...thank you!

I've had a couple beers so please excuse me. Let me get this straight. You have a 99 Mustang GT and you want to put a 05-08 GT front end on it? This I gotta see...

I think it would look like this, as they actually make a kit to do it .

To make it even look presentable I think youd need to employ the entire kit front and rear.
