Haha always lurking my friend. The low end "loss", which isn't much, might be helpful for 4.10 cars, but with the mid/upper range power, you might find yourself still spinning like mad. Nah mean? When racing, you don't find yourself below 3000rpm, so the power is all still going to be there at that point and even more so.

From what I've been told for a street car perspective is that the Trickflow intake manifolds will function better for street, and they have two different designs to choose from to better fit your needs. Its up to you, but I'd research some on the Trickflow intakes.
i think part of the issue with the others is cost, for the price of a trick flow intake im able to buy the vic jr and rails and the elbow...and if i didnt have stock rails to begin with it may be a different story, but its kinda like 2 upgrades in one haha, and depending on where you buy it, it cost less. But overall i think ive kinda decided it probably isnt enough for me to worry about it, and i love top end charge...if i wanted a lot of low end tq i guess i woulda bought a BB or a whipple lol. Next problem, i talked with my tuner, and he seems hesitant to run 18 psi on pump gas....he knows his stuff but now until i get things figured out with him i feel like my 600rwhp goal just wont happen...im going to cross my fingers, and hope that maybe its just a misunderstanding of what parts i have....cuz i feel like a lot of people make 600 plus on what i plan on running, and i know there is dyno variance, But i cant see so many people having false numbers.
I can say this though, he may have lower numbers but he makes a fast as **** low number...I had 350 rwhp on an unfinished tune running out of fuel(fpdm issues), missing tq over 5300 missing 200 rpm and i still managed a 12.4@115.xx so maybe its just his idea of 600 is different than mine? maybe ill make 550, but trap 133? i dont know just makes me worried spending probably almost 10k and i may not reach what i would consider at this point a reasonable goal...

i run 3.90s i kinda plan on keeping them too, since at 6500 i believe i calced out like 130 something, so basically go through the traps in top of 4th. although with 350rwhp unfinished i had traction issues on aggressive 3rd driving with 275 drag radials....so i can only imagine whats going to happen with over 500...lol im guessing rolling the throttle in 4th will spin, but hey all part of the fun.
