Default Coil over kits?

Im thinking of some coil over shocks which would be best for drag racing on the track and street? Should i change springs too? Its a 1999 gt

Depends on how much money you want to spend. You can get a nicer set of coil overs with Bilstein struts and have a car that very capable, or spend less and get a more drag oriented setup with QA1/UPR stuff.

Whats your budget, thats the question to answer.

Budget doesnt matter i just want to be able to hook up really good on the strip or street and just fly down with no problem of spinning or any of that but at the same time its my daily driver

If money doesn't matter, just put a full UPR Pro Series suspension on it with Mickey Thompson tires.

A couple years ago my daily driver was a Fox with a stock 5.0, but full UPR suspension and M/T Drag Radials. The thing would dead hook on the street! I can't tell you how many people I spanked... with only 236rwhp! LOL!
